There are a few events that are posted on the website that I think most of you will be interested in.   Dr. Dara Morden ND is running a program through the leisure guide about Adrenal Fatigue.  This will be an information packed session that will not only introduce people to Naturopathic Medicine but give them insights into why they are tired and tips on how to get better.  I will be co-presenting a talk at the Winnipeg Winter Club on Sept. 13 with Momtchil Momtchilov CPT - our favorite Personal Trainer.  We will be discussing practical tips to help people make better food and exercise choices with a busy life.  It will have a workshop component where attendees will share their own ideas and learn from each other.  You can sign up by phoning the clinic no later than Sept. 9th.
