We hope you will enjoy the group atmosphere and find ways to make lifestyle and diet changes for life. We do recommend that you discuss any individualized detox plans with your Naturopathic Doctor or Homeopathic Doctor. These three sessions will approach detox from a dietary perspective, no individual supplements will be recommended. Please be prepared to start the detox dietary plan within 2 days of the first session.
