I have been a nurse practitioner since 2010 and through that time have had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinics throughout Manitoba. However, my desire to focus on wellness, health promotion and prevention has drawn her to work at Nature Doctors.  

My goal is to design an individual treatment plan with each patient so they can meet their health and wellness goals to feel and be their best selves. 

I love spending time outdoors with my husband, adult children and their partners, and grandchildren. I enjoy our Manitoba summers, reading, knitting, and wine tasting. I strive to optimize my health and continues to enjoy learning more about our bodies and how we can age well.
