I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and Natural Nutrition - Clinical Practitioner (NNCP). I provide evidence-based nutritional counselling and compassionate support that allows people to naturally address the root cause of their symptoms, and get back to living their best lives. Through targeted, actionable steps, I can help you make dietary and lifestyle changes that are sustainable long-term, helping you feel empowered and at-home in your body.
Based on my own experience with PCOS and IBS, I have a special interest in digestive health, and women’s reproductive and hormonal health (including PCOS, PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, fertility, perimenopause and menopause).
I strongly believe that health care should be personalized, as no body is the same. There is no-one-size-fits-all solution to health. Each person deserves to be seen, heard, empowered and supported when it comes to their healing.

Qualifications
Courtney Rae Jones is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) having graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) in 2018. She is a registered member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners (CANNP) with a Natural Nutrition - Clinical Practitioner (NNCP) designation. She has also completed her functional nutrition certification with a specialization in digestive and hormonal health. Courtney is a certified fertility awareness instructor having completed training through FEMM (Fertility Education and Medical Management).
