After treating a variety of concerns for almost 20 years, my focus has now become complex and difficult cases.
A personal journey with Lyme disease opened my world up to hidden and chronic infections that are behind some of the most difficult diseases to treat such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and Chronic Pain Syndromes. Attending the ILADS (International Lyme and Associated Disease Society) conference every year, I have learned to work with the best supplements, and develop individualized treatment protocols to meet the needs of these complex cases.
If you decide to work with me on your journey back to health, I will go through your historical bloodwork with a fine tooth comb looking for things missed, and utilize cutting edge functional testing with labs from around the world (blood/stool/urine) if needed. I also enjoy working with digestive concerns such as IBS, IBD and other inflammatory diseases related to immune dysfunction and skin disorders.
Historically, I have been featured on morning news shows and have been a keynote speaker on Functional / Naturopathic medicine internationally. More recently, I was a contributing member to the TICCS clinic in Winnipeg, Manitoba – Canada’s first publicly funded Lyme and tick borne illness clinic. I volunteer as a board member for the Manitoba Naturopathic Association – the regulatory body for our profession.

Qualifications
Dr. Jason Bachewich obtained a Bachelor of Science, Honours, in Biological Science from Brandon University, then completed a four-year program in Naturopathic Medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, Ontario. He has worked as a senior clinical consultant for the largest professional nutraceutical company in North America. He has also lectured internationally and nationally on a variety of topics related to functional medicine and naturopathy. He is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in good standing with the Manitoba Naturopathic Association (MNA), a professional member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). He is currently on the Board of the MNA and has served as president. He has completed advanced training in functional medicine, sports training, and nutrition. Dr. Bachewich has also completed training in Bowen Therapy and is fully registered to practice in Manitoba.
