About Sydney Wan

Now accepting new patients

Sydney is passionate about helping patients understand what stands between them and their optimal health. Her goal is for every patient to leave feeling acknowledged, heard, and empowered — with the reassurance that they always have someone genuinely in their corner.

She accepts all patients and has a special interest in skin health, digestive concerns, hormonal health (including women’s health, men’s health, hormonal imbalance, and fertility), chronic fatigue, integrative cancer care, and cardiometabolic health. Sydney takes an evidence-based, individualized approach that focuses on uncovering root causes and guiding patients toward sustainable, long-term health changes at Nature Doctors. She is committed to helping patients clearly understand their lab results and functional testing, staying up to date with emerging research to provide holistic, tailored care.

Sydney approaches skin health through a comprehensive naturopathic lens — recognizing that every breakout, rash, or flare-up is communication from within. Rather than masking symptoms, she investigates the root cause by assessing gut health, hormonal balance, immune function, detox pathways, and the impact of chronic and emotional stress.

With a whole-person approach, Sydney integrates advanced functional testing with targeted nutrition, therapeutic lifestyle changes, and evidence-informed natural therapies to restore skin from the inside out. Her goal is not just clearer skin, but a calmer nervous system, balanced hormones, a resilient gut, and long-term confidence in the body’s healing
