Our approach to fertility and PCOS

  1. Understand your cycle: a full health history plus hormone, thyroid, blood sugar and nutrient testing.

  2. Rebalance: nutrition, blood sugar support, herbal medicine and targeted supplements to support ovulation and egg quality.

  3. Prepare and support: care before and during IVF or IUI, alongside your fertility clinic.

PCOS care

PCOS affects up to 1 in 8 women and is a leading cause of irregular cycles. Insulin resistance drives many cases, so blood sugar balance is central to our PCOS care, along with support for acne, hair growth, weight and mood.

Acupuncture for fertility

Acupuncture with Juyin Lu, R.Ac. helps you relax and can support your cycle and fertility care. It can be added at any point in your plan.

Fertility and PCOS FAQs

Do I need a referral?

No. You can contact Nature Doctors directly to get started.

Can I see you while working with a fertility clinic?

Yes. Many patients use naturopathic care alongside IVF or IUI. We ask about every treatment and medication so your plan fits safely.

How long before I see changes?

Eggs take about three months to mature, so most plans run at least three months, with retesting along the way.

Can you help with PCOS if I am not trying to conceive?

Yes. We support PCOS symptoms such as irregular periods, acne, hair growth and weight at any stage of life.

Do I need the Deep Healing Assessment first?

No. You can book a consultation directly with Dr. Miranda Ball, ND or Dr. Jessica Flamand, ND. The $129 Deep Healing Assessment (regularly $250) is an optional starting point for people who are not sure where to begin.

How much does it cost?

Consultation fees are set by each practitioner, and our front desk can tell you the current fee when you book. Your practitioner will review the cost of any testing or treatment with you before you start.

Is it covered by insurance?

Many extended health plans cover naturopathic visits. Check your plan for coverage, and ask our front desk for a receipt to submit.
